At your appointment you will be met with our aesthetics nurse who will give you a thorough consultation and skin analysis. For the best results, it is recommended that you get laser peel facial treatment every four weeks or until your skin clears up.

HOW OFTEN CAN I BOOK FOR THE PROCEDURE?

The Hollywood Carbon Peel is a gentle procedure that can be performed every other week, monthly, or even just once before a special event. It depends on the results you are trying to achieve. If you’re looking for glowing skin before an event then we recommend your facial is booked a day or two prior to event. If you’re looking for ongoing collagen stimulation, even skin tone, texture and youthful skin, then one time per month is enough.

SOME SIDE EFFECTS YOU CAN PRESENT AFTER A HOLLYWOOD PEEL ARE:

• Redness, facial swelling and itching. Treated skin may be itchy, swollen and red. Redness may be intense and might last for several months. The aggravation of a previously existing skin condition, such as rosacea, can contribute to redness.
• Changes in skin color. Ablative laser resurfacing can cause treated skin to become darker than it was before treatment (hyperpigmentation) or lighter (hypopigmentation), beginning weeks after laser resurfacing. Permanent changes in skin color are more common in people who have darker skin.
