After a lash lift and tint, you can generally skip mascara as the tinted lashes already provide a darker and more defined look. However, if you prefer to wear mascara, it’s best to wait 24 to 48 hours after the treatment to allow the lifting and tinting solutions to fully set.
After a lash lift and tint, it’s important to avoid getting your lashes wet or exposing them to steam for the first 24 hours. This includes avoiding swimming, hot showers, and saunas. It’s also recommended to avoid rubbing or pulling on your lashes and to refrain from using oil-based eye makeup removers, as they can weaken the lift and tint. Regular brushing and conditioning of the lashes can help maintain their appearance.
