FULL BLOOD COUNT TEST (FBC)
This FBC test is a common blood test that can provide the patient with in depth information on a
range of conditions. The FBC test will look at the different cells in the blood such as red and white
blood cells and platelets. A full blood count is a very common test. It can be used to screen for, diagnose, and monitor a variety of conditions such as anaemia, infections, causes of tiredness, and vitamin or mineral deficiencies. During the treatment, the doctor will take your blood sample and submit it to a medical testing facility in which they will share the report back for the doctor to share with the patient. This test results are
usually returned 48 hours post treatment.
